Overview
Josh joined McCarthy Partners in 2020 after previously completing work experience with the firm in 2017. He was admitted to the practice in 2020.
He has previously worked at other firms in the areas of: Franchise Law, Employment Law and Wills and Estates.
Josh has experience in a variety of areas of property law including: drafting Contracts of Sale, Section 32 Statements and licence agreements for residential and commercial properties, reviewing off the plan Contracts of Sale, drafting leases and advising clients on retirement village contracts.
Josh also advises clients on mortgage and guarantee documents as well as assisting senior partners with sales of business and other commercial matters.
He also assists colleagues in the area of probate and administration of estates.
