Joanne Lowerson

Joanne (Jo) has been the Office Manager at McCarthy Partners since 2018. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm. Her responsibilities span finance, administration, and human resources, where she plays a key role in maintaining an efficient and supportive workplace.

Jo brings a wealth of experience from her prior roles in banking and insurance, where she developed the organisational and client-service skills that she now brings to her role at McCarthy Partners. Her approachable nature and focus on team cohesion make her an integral part of our close-knit firm.
