Debbie Patterson

Debbie joined McCarthy Partners as a Conveyancing Clerk in 2013. She handles residential conveyancing files from start to finish, including preparing section 32 statements and contracts of sale and everything up to and including settlement.

Prior to joining us Debbie worked for approximately 20 years as a Conveyancing Clerk at several law firms on the Mornington Peninsula.

Debbie has also travelled the East Coast of Australia and whilst travelling worked at a law firm in Brisbane for two years as a Personal Assistant to a Senior Lawyer. On Debbie’s return to Melbourne she then worked in Melbourne CBD at a law firm as a Personal Assistant to a Commercial Lawyer.

Debbie enjoys working with the conveyancing team and has recently reduced her working hours to enable her to spend more time with her family in particular her two year old grand-son Hudson. Debbie also enjoys taking her dog on long walks, gardening and caravanning with her family at any opportunity.
